What is this New Structure's Purpose?
Just wondering what this is to be used for, is it for the updates or something else?

It's the new hip dance spot. Other than that, it sort of looks like a portal, or one of them deactivated spawn points.

Maybe new intended move to location point from the dragon's lair, instead of out by the bridge? I cant imagine that they would add a gate to wherever the dragons went to after they left the world to humans.

looks to me like a place someone wants to set up a cult of the bone dragon or something to me....any scared maidens hiding out around there, hopeing not to get sacrificed?
